WHOLESALE ARRESTS IN GUATAMALA.

Advice from Guatemale states that President Cabrera has ordered the arrest of 160 people, including many notable persons, on a charge of complicity in the recent plot to assassinate him. Forty have been tried, and several have been sentenced to death. The diplomatic corps has lodged a protest.
