AN UNWELCOME DELEGATE,
Received June 26, 9.14 a.m. THE HAGUE, June 25. Brestes Terrara, an Anarchist, and 'a former Italian revolutionist, was appointed to represent Cuba at the Peace Conference, but was informed that his presence was unwelcome. Terrara thereupon resigned.
