IMPORTANT LAND SALES.
Two important land sales will be held on Saturday next, the 29th inst., when Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will offer in the Foresters' Hall, at 2 p.m., the compact sheep farm "Springbank," on account of the Trustees of the late D. McLachlan. The sale offers an excellent opportunity to buyers in search of really first-class sheep country of acquiring a desirable property close to good markets, and in a flourishing district. It is not often that a property so close to Maßterton and Carterton comes up for public sale and keen competition should ensue. Immedi- [ ately after the sale of Springbank, Mr Green's property at Waterfalls will be offered; this is good healthy sheep country, capable of being improved. The owner has placed a very low reserve on the land, and intends to sell.
