Morris, S. Willoughby, F. Day, W. Welch, D." '-McGregor, senr., and D. McGregor, junr. A telegram was. received from Mr ' W. 0. Rutherford, of qulverden, Canterbury, regretting that he could not.act as judge at the coming triajs; It was decided to appoint 'Mr J. McLeay, of Tinui* as.'judge. 11 was reported tfeafc . the sheep required for the , trials had been ob*tained. Mr H. H. Beetham wrote, Accepting the position of President: ofi th»Club, and forwarding a dtwiatsmrof £5 ss. i' A hearty vote of tsKteks,.was accorded to Vt& Beetham. ' v) ' The, Luncheon Committee reported that all arrangements had been made for the luncheon on the grounds at the trials.. . -■ - The Canvassing Committee < reported that donations, and trcp'iics were coming in fiedfcfiIt was resolved to invite aUstationholder3 and their employees in the district to attefid the trials.
