EXTRAORDINARY • .SPEECH. LONDON, June ,14. In the House of Commons, Mr C. C. Craig. Conservative member .for An-r trim South, asked Mr Binrell, Secretary for Ireland, whether he was aware that Mr P. Kelly, a magistrate, had made a certain speech at .New Inn, Galway.
