BARGAINS IN LAND.

"An absolute bargain at £4 per acre," is the text of a new advertisement appearing in another column by Messrs Otterson and Pickering, land and estate agents. Wanganui. The property advertised by this firm for sale consists of (iOO acres (133 acres freehold and 467 L.1.P.), and is an ideal place for the thrifty settler of limited means. It is at present carrying a stock of 900 sheep and about 50 head of cattle. The buildings are all complete, and all the necessary conveniences are installed. The firm will be pleased to send full particulars of the property to anyone on application. Messrs Otterson and Pickering have also a long list of selected properties on their books for sale, and they extend an invitation to all those in search of good land bargains to communicate with them, and full particulars will be forwarded immediately.
