CLEARING SALE.
In another column Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., announce that under instructions from Messrs J. Harding, sem\, and W. Harding, they will sell at the homestead, Aifredton Road,near Eketahuna, on Thursday, May 23rd, the freehold farm of 213 acres and six acres leasehold, together with the whole of their stock, implements and furniture. The stock includes a waggon team of five horses, ten draught horses, and four hack and trap horses, 111 head of cattle, and nine English-Leicester rams. The implements are enumerated in the advertisement, and are noted to be in good order. The furniture consists of the contents of a large and well-appointed farm residence. The auctioneers point out that the Messrs Harding are leaving the district and their instructions are to sell everything. On account of tha large entry the sale will start at noon, and for "the convenience of buyers conveyances will meet the 11.30 train a t Eketahuna.
