PAHIATUA STOCK SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., held their fortnightly sale at the Pahiatua yards, on Tuesday when there was a very fair entry of both sheep and cattle. Bidding was brisk throughout, and practically all lines were cleared under the hammer. Good ewe lambs sold at 14s Id, medium lis, wether lambs 13s, culls 9s 3d to 9s 7d, 2$ year to 3 year steers 89s to H)Os, 18 month and 2 -year steers 55s to 62s 6d, 18 month steers £os, fat cows 903 to 955, firstclass springing cows 100s to 160s, store cows 355.
