BRITAIN AND GERMANY.
LONDON, May 10. Referring to the recent speech of the German Chancellor, Prince von Bulow, Sir Henry Campbell-Ban-nerman declared at Manchester that the suspicion that Britain wished to embarrass Germany by raising the question of limitation of armaments was absolutely unfounded.
