By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 9. . An Order-in-Council is published in this week's Gazette revoking the former charges for the hire of telephones and substituting an annual charge of £7 for business places and £5 for private residences where exchanges are continuously open. Where exchanges are not continuously open the charge will be £5.
