Received May 8, 8.38 a.m. LONDON, May 7. Prince Fu3bimi was accorded ovations on his arrival at Dover and at London. In the House of Commons, Mr Gladstone, Home Secretary, hinted that a reviwd version of the play, "The Mikado," may be allowed. Mr Roix-rtdon, Secretary to the Admiralty, stated that the Admiralty, at the instance of the Lord Chamberlain, iiad instructed the naval marine bands not to play selections 'from "The, Mikado"* during Prince Fusbimi's visit.
