Several Scottish Liberals strongly oppose the Small Land Holders (Scotland) Bill, They complained that compulsory leasing destroys responsible ownership, and cited the action of the Scotland Cha nber of Agriculture, representing B,ooo' /tenant farmers, in repudiating the measure.
