INSULTING THE BRITISH FLAG.
AMERICAN INTERVENTION. Received April 24, 11.23 p.m. NEW YORK, April 24. Captain Fultam, of the United States cruiser Marietta, intimating that America would not allow insults to the British flag, compelled the Honduras insurgent leader to apologise for removing a flag which a Britisher had hoisted for his own protection at Salado.
