CHARGES AGAINST D. C. M'INTYRE.

CHRISTCHUKCH, April 15. At the Magistrate's Court, to-day, a judgment summons order was made against D. C. Mclntyre, ex-Superin-tendent of Awards at the Exhibition, whojwas suspended last week and left suddenly by the Turakina on_Thursday. The Acting-Premier informed a reporter , to-day, that the Government had decided to bring Mclntyre back to the colony in respect of other serious charges.
