Everybody knowhow anxious .he was to carry out intact Lord .Cromer's marvellous policy, and the speakers wished him success. The' Times j&ays that Sir Eldoa Gorst goes te Egypt with an infinitely fairer than tiiat which confroniaid Lord Cromer in 1883.
