BLENHEIM COMPETITION,

BLENHEIM, April 6. The results of the 47th week of the Egg-laying Competition show that'l,os4 eggs were laid during the week, making the grand total .94,031. The highest pens for the week were:—Walden 31, Wanden 28, Bray 28, Hawkfi 28 (all Silver Wyandottes)J B -ookes (Whit; Leghorns) 28, Miss Murphy (Silver Wyandottcs) 27. The leading pens to date are:— Brookes 1,334, A. and P. Association 1,243, Thomson 1,188, Servajean x,IBB, Mrs Hodson 1,147.
