A BIASSED JUROR,
Received April 5, 10.7 a.m. SYDNEY, April 5. The High Court has granted an appeal against the Supreme Court's decision in the case against the juror Brown. (Brown was a juror in the CrickWillis case, and was charged with having declared, in effect, before the hearing was completed, that his verdict would be not guilty whatever the evidence was. The Supreme Court found that while Brown was guilty of gross misconduct, there was no way of convicting him except by accepting as evidence the affidavits of other jurors.
