THE THAW CASE.
ACCUSED DECLARED TO BE SANE.
•Received April 5, 10.38 p.m. NEW YORK, April 5. The 'Commissioners appointed to inquire into Thaw's condition declared him to be sane. There was no trace ofiinsanity during his incarceration. The jury have been excused till Monday, as the legal arguments are being dealt with.
