PREFERENCE TO UNIONISTS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 3. The Trades and Labour Conference resolved that the Government be urged to introduce a Bill early in the coming session to amend the Conciliation and Arbitration Act of 1905 so as to provide for unconditional statutory preference to unionists.
