A COURT TRAGEDY.
Received April 2, 8.34 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 1. While the Criminal Court at Stamboul was trying Mustapha, the alleged murderer of Arif Bey, and acquittal was seeming probable, Arif's brother fired four shots, killing Mustapha on the spot.
