Vehement speeches were delivered in the Duma in' favour of a Bill for the suppression of summary courtsmartial, and for the revision of previous sentences to penal servitude! Bishop Eulogius condemned the death penalty, but asked the Duma to also condemn Terrorists' acts.
A young man dropped a bomb in a street in Warsaw, killing one person and injuring himself and four others. It is believed that the bomb was intended for the Colonel of Gendarmerie, who- was expected to pass that way.
