THE DUMA. Received March 24, 4.32 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, March 23. M. Stdlypin, the Premier, created the profoundest sensation in the Duma by accepting the resolution of M. Roditcheff, a Constitutional Democrat, for the appointment of a committee of investigation and an audit of the famine fund. This was adopted largely against a Social Democratic amendment. The latter proposed to send delegates to villages to take charge of relief, but in reality to foment strife.
