THE WHANGAIMOANA ESTATE.
Messrs Abraham and. Williams, Ltd., have received instructions from the Public Trustee, in the estate of the late J. Purvis Russell, to sell at Masterton, oh April 18th, sub-divis-ions of the Whangaimoana Estate. This well-known estate is situated on the Coast facing Pal User Bay, some 30 miles from Wellington, and 25 miles from the Featherston Railway Station. No less than 26 sections, ranging from 117 acres to 2,500 acres, consisting of rich river flats, low hills and terrace land, will be submitted to auction, and it is safe to predict that the sale of this superb country will attract considerable attention. The river flats are particularly good, being warm, dry and well watered, and splendidly adapted for dairying and fattening. Lithographic plans can be obtained on application, and full particulars as to terms will be found on page 8 of this issue.
