Received March 22, 8.23 a.m. BERLIN, March 21. A strike of stevedores has rendered idle 234 vessels in Hamburg.
(There has been trouble at the Hamburg dockyards since the beginning of the month, and the importation of 2,000 dockers, principally English, made the local dockers very bitter).
