THE THAW CASE.
Received March 21, 11.5 p.m. NEW YORK, March 21. There has been a dramatic development in the Thaw case. Mr Jerome, the prosecuting counsel, has suggested a Commission in Lunacy being i appointed. Mr Justice Fitzgerald, sitting without a jury, will consider the application to-day.
