FLOODS IN NELSON.
By Telegraph—Press Association. .NELSON, March 14. Tropical and continued rain fell last night ard flooded all the rivers. The railway line at Brightwater was washed away, and passengers by the train were conveyed over the track on trollies. Through communication will be restored to-morrow. A washout also occurred in the wall on the Rocks Road, near the Port. Hoppicking is greatly impeded by the "• :rains, ?nd the state of the ground.
