TURKISH TROOPS.
REFUSE TO UNDERGO QUAR- . ANTINE. Received March 12, 10.49 p.m. PORT SAID, March 12. One thousand five hundred Turkish troops aboard a transport refused to undergo quarantine alleging that they were foodless. They were allowed to proceed to Port Said.
