BLENHEIM, March 2.
The following are the results of the 42nd week of the Egg-laying Competition:—Eggs laid during the week, 1,078. The best totals were: —Priddle,. White Wyandottes, 34; Thomson, 32; Brookes, 30 (both White Leghorns); Bythell, Silver Wyandottes, 29; A. and P. Association and Leger, White, Leghorns, 27 each. The leading pens to-date are: — Brooks 1,191, A. and P. Association 1,150, Thomson 1,107, Lessington 1,106, Hudson 1,087 (all White Leghorns).
