PIGEON SHOOTING
LONDON, March 1
Mr Hector Fraser, Mr D. Mcintosh (of Australia), and Mr Greig divided 17,328 francs at the triennial championship pigeon shooting meeting at Monte Carlo, with 28 kills out of 25 birds. Fraser won the championship medal with 24 kills out of 25 birds.

AN AMERICAN BILL. NEW YORK, March 1. Both Houses of Congress at Washington have ratified the report of their conference in favour of the Expatriation Bill, which enacts that an American residing, abroad for five years becomes an alien.
