The Municipal Reformers have hired 350 gramophones with records of their speeches, and are sending men to work them in the streets. The Ameer enjoyed his first sea trip, voyaging from Bombay along the west coast of India to Karachi, at the mouth of the Indus. Thence he proceeded to Lahore, in the Punjaub.
