CRICKET.
The following team will represent Star A in their match against Carlton A on the Park Oval to-day:—L. Richards, F. Richards, Esson, Fish, Mackellar, Perry, Madsen, Stewart, Kingdon, Dwyer, Bradbury, and McLean. The following will represent the Masterton A and ].'; teams in their match next Saturci r/:—A team: Perry, Par ton, Fish, Mackellar, McGurk, Dwyer, Cuinmings, Richards, Galwey, Truscott, Monro; emergencies, Dorizac and Dupre. Bteam: Redmond, Prow, Esson, Morris, Bewley, Hoar, Duggan, Baillie, Swan, J. Wickens, Minett; emergencies, Wickens and Sutton. The match will commence sharp at 2 o'clock, and in order to enable the match to be finished in two Saturdays all members are requested to be on the ground before that time. This match promises to be the best club match this season. In the first round
the A's defeated the B's rather easily, but were defeated badly by Carterton. The B's have now turned the tables on Carterton, and are sanguine of defeating the A team.
