Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock LONDON, February 27.
King Edward has conferred on Prince Henry of Netherlands, who took a prominent part in the rescue of the Berlin's passengers, the Grand ■Cross of Bath. The British Government will suitably reward the lifeboatmen.
