BLUFF HARBOUR.
By Telegraph—Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Last Night. The Hon. J. A. Millar inspected the proposed harbour improvements at the Bluff, to-day, and said that the development of harbours was a matter of the greatest importance to the colony. He expressed, in a diplomatic fashion, opinions favourable to the Bluff scheme.
