THE KINGSTON DISASTER.
Received February 22, 8.25 a.m. LONDON, February 21. The Governor of Jamaica, Sir J. A. Swettenham, has asked the Imperial Government to grant £150,000 for the relief of sufferers by the earthquake in Jamaica, also a loan of a million, at six per cent., for rebuilding purposes.
