CHURCH AND STATE. Received February 21, 7.51 a.m. PARIS, February 20. M. Pichon, Minister for Foreign Affairs, has willingly acceded to the request, made by Austria-Hungary (as the Vatican's representative since the withdrawal of the Nuncio) that France should restore diplomatic documents that were seized when gsthe Nuncio was ordered to leave Paris.
