"HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 18. The Department of Industries and Commerce have received the following cable from the High Commissioner, dated London, 16th inst.:— The butter market is glutted and lifeless. Choice New Zealand is quoted at 101s, Argentine 101s, Australian 98s, Danish 112s. A Butter Bill has been introduced into the Imperial Parliament. The cheese market is firm with an upward tendency. The ■ average price for New Zealand manufacture is 665.
