A TOWN FLOODED.
NUMBER OF NATIVES DROWNED. Received Last Night, 9.55 o'clock. ALGIERS, February 18. The town of Bona, in Algeria, was flooded, and thousands of houses and municipal and other buildings were inundated. Bread is scarce. A number of natives were drowned. The damage is estimates at one million francs.
