STOCK MARKET.
EKETAHUNA STOCK SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., report as follows: —At our Eketahuna stock sale, on Friday, a heavy yarding of sheep were offered. The catalogue was varied as regards quality, and good sound sorts met with a ready sale, but aged and faulty lots had to be passed and dealt with privately. At the close of the sale only two pens failed to sell. In cattle we had a small yarding, and these were practically unsaleable. Best ewes 13s to 14s, others 9s to 10s, medium culls 8s to 7s, good wethers 14s, small lis, best shorn lambs 9s, others Bs, 7s and 6s, culls 4s, small pigs ss.
