AN IMBECILE CRIMINAL.
Received February 14, 8.47 a.m. LONDON, February 13. $ Thomas Parnham, a labourer, dumb and feeble-minded, was arrested at Nottingham. He confessed to having been guilty of recent attempts to wreck trains and to burn churches.
