SHIPPING REGULATIONS.
Received February 13, 8.49 a.m. LONDON, February 12. Mr Lloyd George's Advisory Committee,to co-operate with the Board of Trade in administering the shipping regulations, will consist of sixteen members. The Board of Trade will nominate three members; the Shipowners' Parliamentary • Committee will select four; the shipbuilders, the underwriters, the certificated officers, and the seamen will select two each; the firemen will select one.
