CEREBRO-SPINAL MENINGITIS.
Received February 13, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, February 12. Deaths from cerebrospinal meningitis are increasing in Dublin, Edinburgh, and Belfast. Twenty-six deaths occurred in Glasgow in three'days, chiefly among the poorest class.
