Advices from Buenos Ayres state "that a revolutionary outbreak has occurred, due to a difference on local questions. * ; San Juan and Argentine are engaged in fighting. There has been loss of life, and many have been wounded. The Governor and Ministers of the Province are reported to be prisoners. Federal intervention has been decided upon.
