SULTAN'S TROOPS REPULSED. Received January 29, 8.30 a.m. MOROCCO, January 28. * The tribes harbouring the bandit Raisuli defeated the Sultan's troops. The latter, 50 of whom were killed and*many wounded, withdrew in a demoralised condition.
