FREEDOM OF THE CITY OF GLASGOW.

In accepting the Honorary Freedom of the City of Glasgow, Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman eulogised the city's municipal energy and indicated Parliament's willingness to strengthen the local authorities hands in dealing with matters relating to health.
