WELLINGTON 'RACES. By Telegraph— Press Association. WELLINGTON, January 24. The weather was fine for the second day's racing. There was a moderate attendance. The sum of £17,202 was put through the totalisator to-day, including £1,553 put through the double machine, which paid £29 17s on the Summer and City Handicaps.
