BUSH DISTRICTS SHOW.

The principal part of an agricultural ' show—as ; far as the ordinary visitor is concerned—is undoubtedly the leaping and other .competitions, .held in the ring during the afternoon. From this point of view the Bush Districts Association's Show at Woodville next Wednesday should be well worth a visit. There are over a hundred entries for the., different events. In the principal event, the Hunters' Competition, the entries amount to 24—a record for the Association's Shows—while the Ladies' Leap has drawn 20 contestants, and the Buck-jumping eight. The horse classes are well filled, while the breeders who are showing in, cattle and sheep are. a guarantee for good quality being on exhibition. The catering will be in the hands of Mr Ruddick, of the Woodville Railway Refreshment Rooms.
