By Telegraph—Press Association. / GREYMOUTH, January 17. the Governor and party, accompanied by the members of the local bodies, the Hon. A.. R. Gujnuess,, Messrs Marshall and T. Seddon, visited the Point Elizabeth State coal mine,. hospital, and. harbour works, yesterday. At the State coal mine township the Governor and party were entertained at a dinner and his Excellency stated that the was in favour of the proposed harbour at Point Elizabeth. In the evening the Governor and party were entertained at a conversazione in the Town Hall, and his Excellency was presented with an address of welcome. The whole programme for to-day was carried out very successfully.
