By Telegraph—Press Association. GISBORNE, January 15. Graham Higgins, aged about nine years, son of Mr Braidwood Higgins, was drowned in the Waimata River at 6 o'clock, this evening, while bathing. His brother was saved when sinking for the last time, and had evidently been making efforts at rescue. About twelve months ago two girls, cousins of the drowned boy, lost their lives in the same river whilst bathing.
