Apropos to another conspiracy against the King of Spain, the German newspapers bitterly attack Great Britain for allowing international miscreants to make London the headquarters for their organising operations, and declare that Great Britain is becoming a "public nuisance," and even a danger to the world, through harbouring murderous revolutionaries.
