Received January 14, 1.5 a.m. ~ LONDON, January 13. The appeal in the case Steel versus the Soutb Wales Miners' Association has been dismissed. The result justifies the Trades Union levies for the Parliamentary Fund. THE MANUKA'S MAILS. Received January 14, 1.7 a.m. SYDNEY, January 13. The newspaper and packet portions of the Manuka's mails were damaged by water. A large quantity of newspapers are undecipherable and have been sent to the Dead Letter Office.
